LACE ON FRONTAL UNITS, READY TO SHIP AND SIGNATURE WIGS WILL NOT BE CUT PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. YOU CAN REQUEST TO HAVE THE EXCESS LACE CUT OFF OF CLOSURE UNITS ONLY!!

Q: Do I need to send in measurements in to purchase a unit?
A: Yes, we now ask that every client send in measurements for custom units to ensure the perfect fit! Remember, a Queen’s crown always has the perfect fit!

Q: How long does it take to get my custom unit?
A: We ask clients to factor in the 14-17 business day turnaround time when building a custom unit! Signature wigs will ship 12-15 business days after purchase. It takes time to create the perfect crown! 
Oils, tints, wax sticks, hot combs and other hair products ship 2-3 business days after purchase
 ORDERS WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE COMPLETED DURING MAJOR SALES
 







Q: Why does it take so long to create the units?
A: We take our time in creating each signature, custom, and ready to ship unit. If you need your unit by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering.  




Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do offer express shipping. This is not to be confused with expediting your order. After the turnaround stated, you can opt to pay extra to have your unit overnighted to you. Contact us directly to request this service. 

Q: Can I provide my own hair and HC creates the unit?
A: Yes! Feel free to send in or drop off your hair and have the perfect unit created for you!

Q: Will my wig fall off? I’m scared and I’ve never had one before!
A: Of course not! We ensure that all of our queens have the perfect crown for their lifestyle! We also offer to attach breathable elastic bands free of charge! This way you’re guaranteed to be comfortable yet secure! 
 






Q: What is your company policy?
A:There are absolutely no refunds on units, products, or services. Clients who order a unit have 48 hours after receiving the unit to contact Healthy Crowns with any issues. After 48 hours, HC will no longer be responsible for anything pertaining to the unit, and will not assume liability for any problems presented in the future. If there is an error made on our end we will be sure to rectify it.  Once packages have been dispatched and scanned in by the carrier we can no longer be held responsible. We will work with the carriers to ensure all packages are delivered safely. 
If you purchase the wrong size unit, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please ensure your measurements are correct by using our guide below. We will also assist in making sure all measurements are accurate. If you wish to cancel an order before it’s completed we reserve the right to decline. If request is accepted, there will be a 14% restocking fee deducted from the order total
